Full credit will be issued for any Ambler Surgical instrument returned within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 20% restocking fee for products returned after 30 days but before 45 days after invoice date.
Conditions That Make Any Product Not Returnable:

- Any instrument received 46 days or more after invoice date
- Any sterile product which has been opened
- Any product returned out of the original package
- Any distributed product returned with damage to the box/label
- Any custom etched instrument
- Any custom made instrument
- Any sales to veterinary doctors/offices
